GLOBAL EPT · BROWSER BENCHMARK

How much LiDAR can a browser handle?

Benchmark any public EPT point cloud with browser-side retrieval, LAZ decompression and WebGL rendering. No default dataset or location is built into this project.

DATASET SETUP

Choose a public EPT dataset and test center

Enter projected X/Y coordinates in a meter-based horizontal CRS. The app does not save these values or include them in downloaded reports. The selected EPT host receives requests and may log them.

    MEASUREMENTS

    Benchmark results

Results appear here after the browser finishes retrieving and decoding actual EPT nodes. A completed area means its intersecting nodes were fetched, not merely discovered in metadata.
